Processing your order: All orders are processed within a maximum of one business day. This excludes announced holidays or delays due to a large number of orders to be processed. Generally, We process your order completely within 12 business hours on the day it is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Your weekend packages are also processed from Saturday to Sunday to ensure fast shipping from Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. -
Delivery time: generally 2 to 5 working days within the EU.
Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer depending on the carrier. -
Shipping costs : Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery method. We use the rates of our logistics partner; we are not responsible for their costs.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and fast delivery. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow its progress in real time. If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before shipment.

Bpost – Home delivery or delivery to a collection point. Parcels are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days within Belgium (24h Bpack) and the EU, depending on the carrier.

Mondial Relay – Delivery to a collection point or distributor. Delivery times are generally 2 to 5 working days, depending on the area and the availability of the chosen collection point.

Internal delivery (our services) – For areas around Tubize, Waterloo, and Nivelles, including all municipalities within a 15 km radius, delivery is made at the time and day of your choice for greater flexibility and convenience. Delivery is available as early as the day after you place your order.
